Favorite Quote:

"If we work upon marble, it will perish; if on brass time will efface it; if we rear temples, they will crumble into dust; but if we work upon immortal minds, and imbue them with principles, and with just fear of God and love for our fellow men, we will engrave on those tablets something that will brighten all eternity."

- Noah Webster

Author's Corner

Dear Readers,

Welcome to The Poison Plot's website. You are invited to write me and let me know what you think of it. I hope if you have read The Poison Plot you picked up on some key issues I embedded in the story. It is my desire for every person to know the benefits of living in harmony with our authorities. Yes, it is easier to talk about it than to put it into practice. Everyone struggles with it. However, the tuth is that our lives will be easier if we learn to respect our parents and teachers. I have been learning this lesson over the years, and it has really made a difference in my life.

Do not worry, you are not getting short changed if you obey your parents. There are MAJOR rewards for respecting them and obeying their wishes. Imagine these happening to you:

  • Earn your parents trust
  • Increased freedom from parents
  • A deeper relationship with them
  • Maturity beyond a self-focus
  • Parents may ask for advice on occasion. Wow!
  • Home is a happier place
  • Things will go well for you

And there are many more! This is just the start, please avoid shipwreck in your life and remember that it is always the right decision to obey your authorities.

Blessings in Him,

Lily Bea Jenkins
